Crockpot Chicken Fajitas 1

Servings: 4

Ingredients :

·       1 pound chicken breast, boneless and skinless
·       1 medium onion, sliced into strips
·       1 medium red bell pepper, sliced into strips
·       1 medium green bell pepper, sliced into strips
·       3 garlic cloves, minced
·       1 tablespoon taco seasoning
·       1 cup salsa

Directions :

1       Place chicken breast in crockpot. Cut onion, peppers, and garlic and place on top of chicken. Top with salsa. Cover and cook for 7-8 hours on low setting or 5-6 hours on high.
2       Shred chicken and serve with tortillas.
