SUPER MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

This is my favorite chocolate brownie recipe. With super moist crumbles and fudge, and a light texture, this chocolate brownie recipe will soon be your favorite. Add cream of butter with chocolate and chocolate chips to 3 times the flavor of chocolate. You can also make this chocolate layer cake as a sheet cake as well. See recipe note.

Devil’s food chocolate cake … but better

This pictorial cake is a combination of buttercream with chocolate brownie and an imaginary devil’s food cake. Do you know what Devil’s Food chocolate cake you get in a restaurant or even from a box of mixes? This is exactly that cake, completely homemade only. Notice the reddish color? This is where the name of Satan’s food comes from. The baking soda in this recipe reacts with natural cocoa powder, resulting in a reddish color.

This is, without a doubt, the best chocolate cake I have ever had. And based on your feedback in the comments, I am sure you will say the same!

  • Ingredients :

1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk or 2%
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup boiling water
Procedure :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease two loaf pans or two 9-inch cake trays.
Mixing dried ingredients in a bowl.
Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; Beat for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in boiling water. The mixture will be thin.
Pour mixture to prepared pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until centered and come out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes. Removing it to pans to Wire Racks. Totally cool.

Powdered chocolate :

° 1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
° 3/4 cup sugar
° 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
° 1/4 cup water
° 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
° 4 tablespoons butter

Note: You can adjust the cocoa powder to your preference.
Procedure :

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except the butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick.
Turn off the heat.
Add the butter and stir until the butter melts.
Cool slightly, then pour over cake until it is completely covered.
Slice it, serve and enjoy
