1/2 white cabbage
100 g sour cream
100 g mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
2 teaspoons of vinegar
3 teaspoons of sugar
to taste salt, pepper
Remove the unsightly outer leaves from the white cabbage. Now clean the carrots and roughly grate both, or cut into thin strips with a sharp knife. Cut an onion into half rings and add.
Prepare the sauce in another bowl. To do this, mix mayonnaise with sour cream and then stir in the mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar and finally the sugar (add the sugar gradually, it depends on your taste whether the salad should be sweet or spicy).
Add the vegetables to the sauce and mix.
The salad tastes best if you let it rest for at least two hours, because then the tastes of all components have combined.
