Cauliflower mince potato stew

  • Ingredients :

2 onion (s), chopped
400 g minced meat, mixed
800 g potato (s), peeled, diced
1 cauliflower
200 g processed cheese
1 pinch (s) of chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
salt and pepper
1,200 ml of water
1 tbsp oil

  • Preparation:

Fry the minced meat vigorously in the hot oil in a large saucepan, add the onions and fry briefly, stir in the chilli and paprika powder. Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot along with the potato cubes. Add enough water to almost cover the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, simmer with the lid closed for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Stir in the processed cheese and season again with salt and pepper.
The stew tastes even better the next day.

P.s I personally added a cup of cream to the stew with a little coriander and thickened the soup a little to taste
