fried Champignon

  • Ingredients

300 g mushrooms (fresh)
1 onion
1 piece of garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tbsp parsley (chopped)

1 Carefully rub the mushrooms and cut into slices.

2 Now peel the onion and peel off the garlic. Cut both into small pieces. If you want, you can also put the garlic into a small bowl through the press.

3 Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic and parsley in it. Now add the mushrooms, fry until they are browned, season with salt and pepper and serve with bread or baguette.
