Delivery of meatballs Homemade meatballs are the top priority of Italian families.I learned to be a mother-in-law.Her recipe is whole wheat meat sauce. So if I want to eat meatballs for a week, I will find a shorter meatball and cook it in my slow cooker.It’s not a fast food, but it’s simple: the ingredients are few, and if you cook like me, the meatballs can be cooked many times.
- Ingredients :
° 1 pound minced meat
° 1 large egg
° ⅓ c breadcrumbs
° ¼ c parmesan cheese
° 1 tbsp. minced garlic
° 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
° Salt and pepper to taste
° 1 tablespoon olive oil
° 2 c marinara sauce
° 8 Mini Huji Rolls
° 12 slices of Asiago cheese
- Instructions :
Heaat oven 350 degrees.
Preparation a baking tray with nonstick spraying .
Put the minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, parmesan cheese, garlic and parsley in a bowl.
Using your hands, the components work together.
Add salt and pepper.With a scoop of ice cream, start to shape the meatballs. sit on the side.
Put the oil in a saucepan and heat it over medium heat.
Putting meatballs in hot pot one at a time.Frying about 5 minutes, until brown on all sides.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet covered with foil in the oven.
Cook for 12 minutes.
Taking it out of oven & set it to side.
Cut an oval at the top of the roll, leaving about an inch on the ends and sides.
Pull out the lower part of the spool, but do not cut it.Use a knife to flatten the top of the roll.
Placing rolls on baking sheet.
Placing a slice of cheese in hollow area.
Return to the oven and cook for 8 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp. of marinara over cheese.
Placing 3 meatballs on top of cheese.
Add more horsepower to the meatballs.
Placing grated Parmesan cheese on marinara.
Return to the oven and bake for 68 minutes.
